We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
The debit will be processed by CopeCart. However, CopeCart is not responsible for handling refunds beyond the refund period specified on the checkout page.
1. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the BTC collectible coins must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@customerservicerepublicanlegacy.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the provided label.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized Products: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. International Returns
Process: International customers should contact us to discuss return options. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
